Terms of Use

The short version

ArcMotion is paid Windows software. You buy a license on Telegram, activate it in the app, and use it on one machine. Be decent. Do not crack or resell keys. We can disable a license for abuse or after a refund.

The product

ArcMotion is a desktop app for Windows 10 and Windows 11. It records your screen, helps edit with tools like auto-zoom, wallpapers, camera PIP, and a timeline, and exports video (typically MP4) on your machine. Features may change as we ship updates.

Buying a license

Licenses are sold via Telegram at https://t.me/akbariouz. Current options are $8 per month or a $99 one-time license, unless we agree something else in chat. After payment we send a license key. There is no card checkout on this website.

License rules

• 1 license = 1 machine. Activating on a second computer needs another license, or you ask us to move the seat after you stop using the old machine.
• The license is personal and non-transferable unless we explicitly agree in writing (or in Telegram) to move it.
• Monthly licenses expire on the date we set when issuing the key. Lifetime keys stay valid unless revoked for the reasons below.
• Commercial use of videos you make with ArcMotion is fine under a valid license.

Activation and online checks

First activation needs an internet connection so we can bind the key to your machine. After that, the app may periodically validate the license online. If a key is disabled or expired, the app can stop working until you renew or we sort it out.

Revocation

We may disable a license for chargebacks, refunds we agree to, clear abuse (sharing keys, cracking, harassment), or if we reasonably believe the key was obtained fraudulently. If something looks wrong on your side, email theakbario@gmail.com or message us on Telegram and we will look at it.

Refunds and trials

Sales happen person-to-person on Telegram. There is no automatic free trial on the site. If the app is broken for you or the purchase was a mistake, contact us quickly and we will handle it case by case. We are honest about that: it is not a big-box store return desk, but we do not ghost people who write in good faith.

Disclaimer

ArcMotion is provided as-is. Windows, drivers, and hardware vary. We work hard to keep the app solid, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that it will fit every workflow. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost footage, lost profits, or indirect damages from using or being unable to use the software.

Your content

You own the recordings and exports you create. You are responsible for what you capture, including any rights or permissions needed for the material on your screen.
