Who we are

ArcMotion is a Windows desktop screen recorder and editor sold by an independent developer. This page explains what information we handle when you buy a license, use the app, or contact us.

What we collect

We keep this small on purpose:

• License keys we issue after you buy, plus optional notes like your name or Telegram username so we can find your order later.
• Machine identifiers used only for activation. When you activate, the app sends a machine id so we can enforce 1 license = 1 machine.
• Contact details you send us, such as email if you write to theakbario@gmail.com, or your Telegram handle when you message @akbariouz.

Your screen recordings, project files, and exports stay on your computer. ArcMotion does not upload your footage to us.

How we use it

• Issue, activate, validate, and (when needed) disable licenses
• Answer support questions and handle refunds or machine moves
• Prevent abuse, such as sharing one key across many machines

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run ads against it.

Telegram purchases

Licenses are sold over Telegram. Payment and chat history live in Telegram under their own terms. We only keep what we need to fulfill your order (usually a key, expiry, and a note of who paid).

Website cookies and analytics

This marketing site is mostly static. We do not use advertising cookies. If the host (for example Cloudflare or Lovable) logs basic request data for security and uptime, that is handled by them, not used by us for marketing profiles.

The admin area may store a login token in your browser so you stay signed in. That is only for the site operator.

How long we keep data

License and activation records stay while the license is active or while we still need them for support, refunds, or abuse prevention. You can ask us to delete notes that are not required to run the license system.
